Dining at Four Seasons is a global adventure – from creative Italian cuisine in Biscotti, named by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the most exciting restaurants in the world, to classic Manhattan-style steaks in Madison, innovative Japanese creations in Shintaro and mouth-watering local dishes in Spice Market. The Lobby is one of the city’s most elegant rendezvous locations all-day dining, afternoon tea and cocktails. Outdoors, fashionable Aqua remains cool on the hottest of days, while The Terrace offers relaxed dining in open-air teak pavilions. Two of the venues accommodate private groups.

Biscotti
Italian

Biscotti is a fun, contemporary Italian restaurant. With its open kitchen, Biscotti offers an intimate dining experence where guests not only taste but see the cooking process and enjoy the aroma of home-cooked food. The restaurant's kitchen-to-table dining concept is reflective in the eight-seat chef's table, visible from the entrance. Biscotti serves lunch and dinner.

Madison

This contemporary steakhouse, a creation of renowned restaurant designer Tony Chi, presents an elegant and unique dining experience. The restaurant features a private dining room for up to 16 guests and a lounge with cosy fireplace for before- or after-meal drinks. Madison offers Matsuzaka, Kobe and Wagyu beef, a selection of innovative dishes, including exquisite seafood, and a wide variety of fine wines. Brunch is offered at the steakhouse every Sunday; guests can choose their dining venue – Madison, Spice Market or Aqua – and enjoy food from the live cooking and buffet stations set around Parichart Court and inside Madison.

Mocha and Muffins

Mocha and Muffins offers an array of soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts. Choose from a variety of cold cuts, pâtés and sausages from the delicatessen combined with a choice of fillings to make your own sandwiches, and enjoy an impressive selection of homemade cakes, breads, sweets, pastries and confections. The wine corner features a selection of Californian, French, Italian, Chilean, Australian, South African and Thai wines, as well champagnes and liqueurs.

Shintaro
Japanese

Shintaro, which means "new vision," is an innovative Japanese neighbourhood sushi bar with a casual feel. The restaurant's main attraction is the long sushi bar, designed to be interactive and informal while a tatami-style dining room lends itself to memorable gatherings. A wide selection of sake and Japanese beer is also served.

Spice Market
Thai

Featuring the finest selection of Thai cuisine, Spice Market is a favourite among locals, who voted it “Most Delicious Thai Restaurant in Bangkok.” Designed to resemble an old Thai spice shop, Spice Market exudes subtle Thai hospitality and charm.

Dressed in contemporary Thai uniforms, friendly staff are ready to assist with menu selections and will tailor each dish to the desired degree of spice. Guests can watch the art of traditional delicate Thai fruit and vegetable carving performed each evening by one of the skilled staff. Spice Market is open for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. For the brunch, guests can choose their dining venue – Spice Market, Madison or Aqua – and enjoy food from the live cooking and buffet stations set around Parichart Court and inside Madison.

Every Sunday, the Hotel offers a brunch that showcases culinary favourites from our award-winning restaurants, Madison, Biscotti, Spice Market and Shintaro. Live cooking and buffet stations, set around Parichart Court and inside Madison, offer a wide array of hot and cold dishes. Savour brunch in the charming Thai setting of Spice Market, in the open-air gardens of Aqua lounge or in Madison’s warm, contemporary steakhouse setting.

Guests may choose from fresh seafood and salad selections, as well as traditional hot breakfast items and pastries. Japanese, Indian, Italian, Chinese and Thai specialties are also featured. Grill and carving stations offer both classic and exotic fare, while Foie Gras Corner provides an opportunity to indulge in this sumptuous treat, creatively prepared.

Dessert stations offer a sweet ending to the meal, with cookies, cakes, tarts and other selections. Warm crepes paired with sauce or compote make for a delectable option, while ice cream, sorbet and fresh fruit offer a lighter finish.

Aqua is an open-air dining and cocktail venue that features home furnishings in a garden setting. This courtyard bar is the ideal afternoon and evening rendezvous spot, presenting a range of draught beers, the best martinis in Bangkok and delicious snacks to complement the cocktail list. On Sundays, the area becomes part of a brunch set-up, which features a scrumptious selection of culinary favourites from our award-winning restaurants, Madison, Biscotti, Spice Market and Shintaro. Guests can choose their dining venue – Aqua, Madison or Spice Market – and enjoy food from the live cooking stations and buffet stations that are set around Parichart Court and inside Madison.

Specialties
This bar in the garden specialises in sensational appetiser-sized snacks from around the region, as well as a selection of Thai noodles, Mediterranean snacks, innovative ice cream presentations, freshly squeezed juices, iced drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails.
