A dynamic open kitchen puts DUO's award-winning chefs at centre stage as they entertain and delight guests with their expertise, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience for all. Under the direction of Executive Chef Roger Stettler and Sous Chef Noel Badillo, the menu focuses on an array of prime cuts of steak, including Japanese Kobe beef, as well as the freshest seafood and seasonal island produce.

Ferraro's Bar e Ristorante

Ferraro's Bar e Ristorante at Four Seasons Resort Maui epitomises every element of the perfect place to dine in Hawaii. Its spectacular beachfront setting is enhanced by Ferraro's open-air design, which takes full advantage of Wailea's warm, dry, sunny weather. The diverse menu showcases the fresh seafood and produce of Hawaii and an extensive collection of Italian wines, while the casual atmosphere, lively bar and great entertainment ensure that a meal at Ferraro's will be remembered forever. Ferraro's offers the perfect setting for a Maui meal, regardless of time of day. Lunch is served overlooking Wailea Beach and features casual fare. Come evening, Ferraro's is guaranteed to dazzle as guests dine under a canopy of stars, served by arguably the most attentive staff on Maui. Authentic Italian cucina rustica cuisine, featuring tantalising seafood, fish and pasta, is brought to the table at Wailea's only beach-side restaurant.

Spago

Master Chef Wolfgang Puck’s menu features a fusion of Hawaiian and Californian cuisine, with Pacific Rim flavours. Embracing the tradition of the Hawaiian Islands’ culinary techniques, Spago chefs use only the finest and freshest local ingredients. The menu offers Wolfgang Puck’s classics, plus many locally inspired dishes, using Hawaii’s premier produce, fish and meats. Spago’s master sommelier enhances the menu with an international wine programme and refreshing interpretations of classic Hawaiian cocktails. A special children’s menu, the first ever for Chef Puck, is available nightly to make the dining experience satisfying for the entire family. Spago, a Forbes Four Star and AAA Four Diamond restaurant, features Asian-inspired contemporary design. Crafted with unique stone, wood and exotic textures, the room is sophisticated yet relaxed, with carefully selected furnishings that can provide family comfort and romantic evenings alike, whether indoors or on the lanai (balcony).

A stunning bar and intimate lounge area allow guests to enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Wailea Beach. The Spago dining room accommodates 135 guests, including lanai seating for 79, and additional private dining for up to 73 guests.

Lounges

Lobby Lounge

The open-air Lobby Lounge overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the lush tropical gardens is the perfect setting for the classic cocktail at sunset. Among other favourites, a selection of martinis is offered, as well as the perfect cosmopolitan. Hawaiian entertainment can be enjoyed nightly from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Contemporary music featuring Maui's premier musicians is played nightly from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm.
