Quattro

Quattro – four in Italian – represents the four "faces" of the restaurant: breakfast, lunch, dinner and its lively antipasto bar. The restaurant incorporates various design elements, including creative lighting, vivid colours, an intriguing bar/culinary station and other alluring features, creating an inviting dining environment in downtown Houston. Quattro’s new enoteca-inspired dining concept offers guests a unique twist to their Italian favourites with a "small plates" dinner menu that changes weekly. Perfect for sharing, the delightful creations prepared by Executive Chef Maurizio Ferrarese include black and white calamari, garlic tiger shrimp with lemon risotto, truffle fondue with ciabatta and celery heart and grilled lamb tenderloin with citrus pesto. The Sommelier's extensive wine library – with more than 50 wines by the glass – offers perfect pairings.

Quattro accommodates 235 diners in the bar, dining room and four of the unique private dining rooms. One of the private rooms opens directly onto the kitchen, enabling diners to enjoy the hustle and bustle of our award-winning culinary team.

The Lobby Lounge, situated just inside the main lobby, features a perfect atmosphere for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. Contemporary furnishings, enhanced lighting and unique artwork combine to create an inviting and upbeat atmosphere. Highlights from the drink selections include: Wine Tastings, South of the Border Cocktails, Tequila Samplers, Iced Vodkas and Martinis. The appetiser menu features Around the World Tapas. Among the available selections are South of the Border Bites, Far Eastern Bites and Worldly Americana Samplings.

Vinoteca Quattro

Located on the third floor, Vinoteca Quattro offers a comfortable respite from the Hotel's bustling downtown location. Adjoining Quattro restaurant, Vinoteca Quattro features vivid lighting, red leather banquette seating and over 50 feet (15 metres) of solid granite bar top. The restaurant's signature floor-to-ceiling silver beads offer guests a secluded retreat.
