On weekends, Hampton’s offers elegant dining in a tranquil, sophisticated atmosphere. An outdoor terrace features rich red and gold custom-made furnishings and panoramic views of the garden and waterfall. On Saturday nights, parties of up to eight guests may reserve the chef’s table, and a private dining room is also available for groups of up to 20. On Saturday evenings, Executive Chef Mario Alcocer's Mediterranean-inspired menu offers a selection of dishes infused with local ingredients. Chef Laufer's desserts complete the experience.

Seafood sensation
On Friday evenings, enjoy our expansive seafood buffet, featuring chef's stations, fresh lobster, chilled crab claws, shrimp and more.

Sunday brunch

ONYX
Asian inspired

Backlit wall panels of semi-precious stones, such as carnelian and onyx, create a dramatic ambience in which to enjoy light, healthful Asian fare. Bamboo floors, Japanese antiques and dramatic chandeliers grace the main dining room, while silk lanterns hanging over the sushi bar give an exotic feel. Watch while the freshest Japanese delicacies are being prepared, or sip a drink at the bar, where colourful aquatic creatures live in a double-sided, 2,000-gallon (7,571-litre) saltwater aquarium. An extensive collection of Japanese-inspired paintings created by artist Doug Fincham is presented in the dining room.

The restaurant offers terrace seating with views of the gardens and waterfall. Available for dinner.

The Bar

Custom cherry and burled-wood panelling, leather wing-back chairs and intimate group seating around the fireplace lend a cosy, club-like atmosphere to The Bar. Also featured are three mahogany billiard tables and a plasma screen television for entertainment. Guests can enjoy live music on Friday and Saturday evenings, from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am. The menu consists of tasty appetisers complemented by cocktails and a wide selection of international beers.
