Mango is the place to be when the sunset paints the waves. The Dining Room’s mahogany-rich atmosphere is the setting for innovative Asian-influenced French cuisine. Overlooking the pool and ocean is Neve, for sumptuous buffet breakfasts or casual Italian dinners. Lighter fare beside the beach at The Pool Cabana adds to the choices. Enjoy after-hours cocktails or afternoon snacks and conversation in the elegant Library Bar.

140-seat open-air restaurant with a commanding view of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurant features regional cuisine with French and Asian influences.

Mango

Our cosy restaurant is just steps above the waves and a short stroll from the golf course. Featuring open-air dining with a view of St. Kitts across the sea, Mango is an ideal spot to catch a spectacular sunset. The inventive yet casual menu is a testament to West Indian cuisine and culture, and serves Resort guests and the local community. A bar and lounge is enhanced with nautical accents and features tropical drinks including the signature Mangojito and the Tipsy Palmer for golfers. The restaurant seats 120.

Neve

Neve is a relaxed, open-air setting for breakfast and dinner. The décor – featuring abstract art, antique mirrors, hand-blown glass bowls filled with illuminated sea glass and oversized candles – brings warmth and vitality to the restaurant in the true spirit of Italian culture. Seats 147 guests, with 24 on the terrace.

The Pool Cabana

For a refreshing drink or a casual light meal near the pool, with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, The Pool Cabana provides a full bar, sandwiches, fresh local seafood and a choice of luncheon specialties.

Library Bar

This is an intimate 28 seat-bar located in the lobby of the Great House on the second floor. With bar stools and a residential seating area, the Library Bar surrounds guests in the ambience of a formal plantation house. It offers books and games for immediate enjoyment or for borrowing.
