Mediterranean cuisine with Provençal influences

Awarded two stars by the prestigious Michelin Guide, Faventia offers a dazzling gastronomic experience, supervised by our chef. Showcasing contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with a Provençal influence, our chef uses the finest local ingredients, creating a cuisine that is simple yet full of flavour. An intriguing wine list focuses on outstanding local vintages and acclaimed international labels. From its hilltop vantage point, Faventia (“Fayence” in Latin) features sweeping views over the nearby villages of Callian and Montauroux. The interior offers a warm yet airy ambience. Local stonework highlights the walls, providing an elegant backdrop for sculpture and artwork, while dark wooden floors and soaring ceilings give a sense of contemporary chic. Guests may dine indoors, or al fresco on a shaded terrace.

Infusion Café
Light and healthy

Located in The Spa, Infusion Café offers a soothing, sun-filled atmosphere and an outdoor terrace with views over the spa garden. It's the perfect spot to relax before or after spa treatments, or to enjoy a casual get-together with friends. Our chef's menu focuses on well-being, with a selection of light and healthy cuisine featuring the finest local produce and the flavours of Provence. Fresh juices and smoothies, coffee, teas and herbal infusions are also served.

Les Caroubiers de Terre Blanche (Golf Clubhouse)
French and Provençal

The Clubhouse, Les Caroubiers de Terre Blanche, provides a convenient, enjoyable atmosphere for Resort guests, residents, members and golfers to enjoy lunch, light snacks and specialty drinks. The contemporary yet relaxed décor features zebra-print chairs and dark wood, with a warm, flickering fireplace and spectacular views of the 18th green. Les Caroubiers de Terre Blanche serves French and Provençal fare and is ideal for pre- or post-golf refreshments.

Tousco Grill
Provençal

Adjacent to the swimming pool, Tousco Grill is a sanctuary of relaxed dining and al fresco enjoyment. Guests may enjoy an array of dining options – including an exciting Mediterranean buffet, along with cocktails and specialty drinks – from its shaded, open-air terrace with views of the local villages. Open May through September.

Gaudina Lounge

Gaudina Lounge is airy yet intimate, with a Provençal ambience, unique customised lighting and windows overlooking the terrace. Guests may enjoy light meals and hot and cold beverages. A pianist entertains nightly.
