Cosy interiors of wood and stone feature numerous fireplaces and expansive mountain views. All venues open to year-round outdoor terraces warmed by heaters and fireplaces.
Restaurants The Peak With inviting indoor and outdoor fireplaces and décor accented with stone, leather and brushed steel, this fashionable Jackson Hole restaurant provides a relaxed atmosphere of rustic contemporary chic. Open during the winter months, The Peak offers guests the option of dining at the bar, deck or table to savour lunch and après-ski favourites, from gourmet brats and burgers to hearty soups, sandwiches and salads. The Pool Cafe During the summer months, The Pool Cafe offers a unique alternative for al fresco mountainside dining. The restaurant serves up burgers, sandwiches, salads and snacks daily. When the temperature rises, cool off with a range of fruit smoothies, cocktails, iced treats and our cold-stone ice cream from the ice cream cart. Westbank Grill Mountain steakhouseReflecting Jackson Hole's historic Western heritage, Westbank Grill pairs distinctive flavours with casual elegance, creating an inviting dining atmosphere. A large stone fireplace, dynamic open kitchen and stunning views of Rendezvous Peak provide a cozy setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The dinner menu offers a modern twist on the classic steakhouse, serving prime steaks cooked to perfection on a 1,800-degree infrared grill, along with fresh seafood and signature side dishes. Entrées are served with your choice of signature sauces, allowing you to customise the flavours of your meal. The restaurant's extensive wine list includes 25 wines by the glass as well as a selection of organic wines.

Lounges Lobby Lounge Called the Resort’s living room, Lobby Lounge is an intimate and comfortable bar and restaurant with a sleek Western look. Guests may enjoy the expansive views of Rendezvous Mountain and the cosiness of the lounge’s wood-burning fireplace, whether they are sitting inside on one of several comfortable couches and chairs or outside on the heated patio. This Jackson Hole bar offers a selection of light meals and refreshments and a seasonal menu of cocktails.
