Crescent Moon
Modern Mexican

Crescent Moon specialises in regional cuisine influenced by the flavours of Mexico and Arizona's Sonora Desert. Taking centre stage at the restaurant are a wood-burning Kiva oven and an open kitchen that provides a view of the chefs at work. In a climate-controlled setting, up to 70 guests can enjoy outdoor seating around a roaring fire on winter days, while cooling misters keep them refreshed in summer. Year-round, the restaurant seats up to 80 guests indoors for breakfast and lunch, and offers breathtaking views of Pinnacle Peak and the Valley of the Sun. Executive Chef Mel Mecinas presents a menu of inspired modern-Mexican fare in Crescent Moon, bridging authentic flavours with innovative techniques. Offerings include an inventive selection of appetisers, soups and salads and specialty entrées. Sweet crab tacos are wrapped in shaved jicama, shrimp receives a makeover with a splash of tequila and lime, and ahi sashimi meets a fiery kick of jalapeño pepper.

Saguaro Blossom

Located at the pool's edge, Saguaro Blossom offers glorious desert views of Troon Mountain and Pinnacle Peak, from sunrise to sunset. Saguaro Blossom is all outdoor seating, including a bar. Poolside, there are cabanas and lounge chairs, as well as amenities of chilled water, fruit kebabs, chilled towels, fruit smoothies and beverages.

Talavera

Enjoy dramatic views of Pinnacle Peak and the Valley of the Sun while sampling contemporary American cuisine. Inspired by the colour palette of the Sonoran Desert in full bloom, Talavera features rich hardwood floors, colourful custom light fixtures, a hand-painted ceiling and a dramatic fire element framed by glass as the central focal point.

Onyx Bar & Lounge

Onyx Bar & Lounge offers indoor and outdoor dining and serves small plates and fresh, sweet and savoury cocktail combinations. Each drink is paired with a combination of snacks. Onyx Bar & Lounge receives its name from the onyx framing the bar, with an amber-ribboned colour drawing comparisons to desert sandstone and inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright.

The bar top is custom made out of a single mesquite tree, sanded smooth and veined with black.
