Bella Vista showcases organic, Italian-inspired California coastal cuisine, courtesy of Executive Chef Alessandro Cartumini. The restaurant’s décor – with its fireplaces, hand-carved wine wall, rich mahogany and rare marble – adds to the ambience of the tranquil seaside setting that features expansive ocean views and a heated outdoor terrace.

Coral Cafe and Bar

Located in the Coral Casino Beach and Cabana Club and enjoying expansive views of the Pacific Ocean, the Coral Cafe and Bar offers casual poolside dining and poolside service exclusively to Resort guests and members of the Club. The all-day menu features an enticing selection of grill items and traditional favourites, including burgers, salads and sandwiches, as well as appetisers and an extensive children’s selection.

Tydes
Mediterranean

Overlooking Butterfly Beach and adjacent to the Resort at the Coral Casino Beach and Cabana Club, Tydes offers sophisticated oceanfront dining exclusively to Resort guests and members of the Club. Unparalleled panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands and the Santa Barbara coastline perfectly complement inspired Mediterranean cuisine to create a true Riviera feel. The restaurant’s 1930s Art Deco motifs and Scandinavian modern detailing thoughtfully highlight the Club’s original glamour and sense of luxury. Chef Joel Huff’s masterfully designed seasonal menus feature modern yet simple cuisine. While influenced by Mediterranean flavours, menus are driven by the California terroir and Santa Barbara’s bounty of local, sustainable ingredients – with a focus on fresh seafood from the Channel Islands, such as Santa Barbara spot prawns and lobster. The thoughtful wine list features 130 labels chosen from a vast range of Mediterranean regions as well as Santa Barbara County’s own creative wine-making talent.

At the bar, guests will find a chic, picturesque atmosphere for enjoying the sunset, lively conversation or people watching on Butterfly Beach. Along with select wines, beers and signature cocktails, guests can enjoy a variety of small plates and tapas. At the far end of the deck in the clock tower, the Crow's Nest offers a dramatic, open-air venue to unwind as the sun sets over the American Riviera.
