Dining at Four Seasons Resort Vail focuses on delicious, nutrition-conscious cuisine. Flame Restaurant serves lavish breakfast buffets, hearty mountain fare and light spa options, both indoors and on the terrace. The Fireside Bar and Lounge is the perfect spot for après-ski drinks. Guests relaxing at the pool may enjoy a refreshing cocktail and snacks at the poolside bar and grill.
Restaurants Flame Flame restaurant serves lavish breakfast buffets, hearty mountain fare and light spa options, both indoors – with views of the mountains – and on the heated outdoor terrace. Slow-cooked, hearty food is featured in the winter, while lighter, heart-healthy options prevail in the summer. A private dining room, Out of Bounds, seats 28. Pool Bar With its spectacular view of Vail Mountain, the outdoor pool is nestled between the Hotel and Residence wings of the Resort. The heated pool deck allows for year-round enjoyment.
During the summer months, the Pool Bar offers an assortment of healthy salads, sandwiches and snacks. Beverages include a selection of flavoured iced teas and specialty drinks.
During the winter months, staff members are present poolside to greet guests with heated towels, robes and warm seasonal drinks. Lounges Fireside Lounge With views of the pool and the mountains, Fireside Lounge is an intimate spot for enjoying breakfast, lunch, après-ski snacks and cocktails. In the evening, our sushi chefs offer fresh sashimi, nigiri and specialty rolls. The Lounge’s cosy fireplace makes this the perfect place to relax after a long day.
