Among the Spa's six treatment rooms is a suite especially for couples, which features a private steam shower room, double whirlpool and twin treatment beds. Candlelight, sensuous aromas and calming music set the tone. Men's and women's change rooms each feature a steam room and sauna. Our attention to detail assures you an experience of total relaxation, allowing you to leave the bustle of the world outside.

Australian

Kable's, the Hotel's premier restaurant, offers a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. It enjoys a substantial reputation, in a city known for its exciting dining. Accessed from the lobby's sweeping grand staircase, Kable's offers retrospective cuisine in an elegant, contemporary setting of dark-stained parquet and rich carpeting. It seats 120, with private dining rooms available for 10 to 40 guests, and a chef's table in the kitchen with seats for up to 20 guests. Chef’s table
Get behind the scenes for a unique culinary experience at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. The chef's table, located in the garde manger, is a stainless steel work surface transformed into a dining table seating 10 to 20 guests.

Our chef creates a personalised five-course menu, each course expertly paired with wines from our extensive wine list. After dinner, guests will enjoy a guided tour of the kitchen, including chocolate tasting in the Chocolate Room.

The chef's table is offered Tuesdays to Saturdays from 7:00 pm. For reservations, please call 61 (2) 9250-3306. A 10-guest minimum applies, and a deposit is required at time of booking.

The Cabana

Located on the pool deck and open for snacks and lunch, The Cabana features delicious fruit drinks and cocktails for the sun-seeker. Poolside snacks include gourmet sandwiches, salads, and sushi.

The Café

The Café serves French bistro-style cuisine featuring a variety of soups, pastas, and classic favourites including fish and chips and Four Seasons gourmet club sandwich.

The Bar

The Bar, with its comfortable and stylish atmosphere, is a preferred meeting place for Sydney executives and visitors. Whether it's a signature Martini before dinner, or a night cap after an evening at the theatre, The Bar offers a cosy environment where guests can relax, any time of the day or evening.

An extensive beverage list features fine Australian wines, an inspired cocktail menu, as well as premium spirits and liqueurs. A light snack menu is also available throughout the day.
