The Claris was built in 1992 keeping the façade of the former Palacio Vedruna. All rooms are decorated with a mix of contemporary and classic styles, using the finest quality materials. Hotel Claris has 123 rooms and suites. All rooms are completely soundproofed and include a high degree of personal detail including toiletry cases, hair dryers, and bathrobes in the marble bathrooms. Each room is equipped with mini bar, individual air-conditioning and heat, direct dial telephones, internet connection, satellite TV, hi-fi system and individual room safes. 24-hour room service is available to all guests. Some suites are equipped with Sauna, some other suites do have Sauna and Jacuzzi.

Dining facilities include East 47 - a very new concept of restaurant. Lithographs from Andy Warhool, weak light and chill-out music take you to the most sophisticated atmosphere of New York. Claris Restaurant - For breakfast and banquets. Terraza Restaurant - on the rooftop of the building, close to the swimming pool, it offers three menus for three special moments: an informal menu with delicious and extravagant sandwiches to take a break during your sunbath; a fresh menu with pasta and salads for informal lunches; and at night, enjoying a good view of the city.
