The hotel will close its doors for 2 years and it looks forward to welcoming back its guests as of summer 2014 to Place Vendome.

With the complicity of Arnaud Faye, the new Chef of L'Espadon restaurant since September 2007, Michel Roth is reinventing the palace cuisine, taking it to a degree of refinement that enchants and challenges the senses.

Following the success of "La Table du Chef", Michel Roth renews the operation and proposes, one week per month, to have dinner in the intimacy of the Ritz Paris kitchens.
