I always feel ultra-chic at the Hotel Byblos St. Tropez, famous for its vibrantly colored facade, hip nightclub (Les Caves du Roy) and savvy service. The place to see and be seen, this fashionable outpost is also home to Alain Ducasse's Spoon restaurant, offering Mediterranean fusion cuisine (choose a table on the outdoor terrace with a view into the kitchen). Each room is individually decorated in modern Provencal styles - some boast a romantic four-poster bed, while others have an outdoor shower. The Riveria Suite is my personal favorite, for its view of the swimming pool. |
