extras to support our relationship with you, our customers. These
benefits are applicable to all of Orient-Express properties.

- Bellini Club amenity program: when booking with our
agency, you can enjoy a special treatment upon arrival at
Orient-Express properties including VIP courtesies in your room.
- When you stay in Orient-Express, a welcome letter from the
hotel's General Manager recognizing you and your travel agent is
presented to you upon arrival.
- We offer complimentary upgrade based on availability at
time of check-in.
- You can also enjoy a complimentary high-speed Internet
access with any room type booking
- A US$500 gift voucher per booking will be
presented on our behalf to each customer who purchases an
Orient-Express experience worth a minimum of US$5,000 (The voucher will be provided after
your stay has been confirmed by the property. This offer is subject
to inventory control and cannot be combined with any special
promotion. The voucher has to be redeemed within 12 months from the
date of issue, on the next Orient-Express reservation for a
different property and worth at least US$2,500 (excluding taxes).
The gift voucher is non-transferable and has no cash value. We
allow one credit per client per annum.).
