The menu is based on regional dishes which use the freshest seasonal, local produce. Oliviero’s location is hard to match: it is set on a panoramic terrace with spectacular views of the Bay of Mazzarò and the Calabrian coast, and exudes a refined and elegant atmosphere. Located on the outdoor terrace, directly by the sea, the "Al Fresco" Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a drink, a snack or a light lunch by the beach. In the evening, it is the ideal spot for a cocktail or an after-dinner drink under the stars with live music entertainment. An indoor bar is at guests' disposal to unwind after a busy day spent on the beach or exploring Sicily and its hidden beauties.

Revitalize your body and spirit at the Wellness Centre, located in the subtropical gardens. An immersion in Sicilian and Mediterranean essences, with treatments based on orange flowers, amber, sandalwood and jasmine, and signature products from La Sultane de Saba. The Wellness Centre will open in mid-June 2010. In-room massages and treatments are available before the opening. The Spa offers body treatments, facial treatments, kids & teen’s treatments, and a salon for manicures, pedicures, waxing, etc.

Villa Sant’Andrea enjoys an exceptional location on the beautiful private beach of Mazzarò, an enchanting bay with crystalline waters. The promontory around the bay is dotted with magical caves, including the Grotta Azzurra, which can be visited by boat.
