Guests find the ultimate in relaxation at the spa, exciting nightlife at the Kings Club, and world-renown cuisine in the hotel's restaurants and nearby Chesa Veglia.
Last summer, after an extended hiking trip in Switzerland, I checked in to Badrutt's Palace Hotel and soon felt like a queen in a fairytale palace. My room - with its view of the lake: flowervases filled with roses; a tray full of Swiss treats; and a magnificent bathroom with a huge tub, and elegant bath amenities, plus butler service - was the perfect antidote to a week of beautiful but strenuous hiking. What a treat to swim in the heated indoor pool and then submit to a massage! After 24 hours of pampering and luxury. I felt rejuvenated, refreshed and ready for the next adventure.
The Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, opened in 1896 by Caspar Badrutt, was the first Palace hotel in the world. For more than 100 years, it has enjoyed an international reputation of high hospitality.
