Finca Cortesin Hotel, Golf & Spa is a spectacular independent hotel which is set in Southern Spain, between Marbella and Sotogrande. The stunning property is set in a vast 532 acre estate, opened quietly in March 2009. It has a world-class hospitality, spectacular setting, expansive interior and exterior spaces, privacy and impeccable service.

Finca Cortesin is one mile back from the sea outside the small coastal settlement of Casares. The hotel is 25 minutes (40 km) from Gibraltar, 50 minutes (90km) from the modern international airport of Malaga and one hour and half from Jerez (132 km). The hotel grounds are surrounded by a world championship 18 holes golf course designed by Cabell Robinson with a Jack Nicklaus Academy. Finca Cortesin received worldwide recognition as the host of ‘The Volvo World Match Play Championship’ in 2009, 2011 and 2012.

Light and spacious suites: The 67 hotel suites are divided into Junior; Executive; Pool and a Cortesín Suite which is 180m². All suites are characterized by elegant design, space and light and include a private garden or balcony in the Junior Suites, spectacular views in the Executive Suites and a formidable private terrace and outdoor plunge pool in the Pool Suites. Restaurants, bars and terrace areas: El Jardín de Lutz, offers a more relaxed yet equally elegant ambiance for guests who prefer a more traditional Spanish cuisine. In the outdoor space, the restaurant features a spectacular terrace with views to the Mediterranean and picturesque gardens filled with 1000-year old olive trees. Kabuki Raw is the hotel's signature restaurant which is awarded one Michelin star. Like the Japanese theater after which it is named, Kabuki Raw is staged in a unique setting which permits guests to view the chef while cooking.

Luxurious gym, spa, snow cave and sports facilities: The first striking feature of Finca Cortesin’s Spa is its size. Measuring 2.200m² the space is divided into designated areas for face and body treatments. Guests can take advantage of the latest beauty and rejuvenation technology with a wide range of therapies created by leading French specialist Biologique Recherche. Facilities at the Spa include three thermal areas, one female, one male and one unisex. All three are equipped with sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area as well as the newly opened Thai Spa treatment area.

In addition, the Spa at Finca Cortesin has a large 25m heated indoor swimming pool and modern fitness center. Finca Cortesin Beach Club, the Mediterranean at your feet: Finca Cortesin also features an impressive 6000m² beach club, conveniently located in the “Bahía de Casares” beach just 1,5 km from the hotel. These have a private pool just steps from the door of your suite, ideal for relaxing or cooling off from the midday sun. As the Executive Suites, they have a total living space from 77 sqm to 100sqm of bed and living/dining room. Ultra comfortable king sized beds are made up with the finest Egyptian linen, ensuring you wake each morning refreshed and ready for all the resort has to offer. Some suites have the pool on the terrace where you can enjoy total seclusion whilst taking in the magnificent views.
